Agreement

These terms apply to material supply, delivery, removal and hauling services provided by Jersey Materials Supply LLC ("we", "us"). Using this website or booking work with us means you accept these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us and are not binding until we confirm the order. Quantities, material availability, fuel costs and site conditions can change pricing. Any price we confirm covers only the material and work described in that quote.

Deliveries and site access

You are responsible for making sure the delivery or work site is accessible to a loaded truck, for identifying where material should be placed or removed, and for obtaining any permits your municipality requires. Please tell us about soft ground, low wires, tight driveways, septic systems, sprinklers or underground utilities before we arrive.

We are not responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, lawns, walkways, or underground features caused by a truck operating on a route or drop point you directed us to use. Delivery windows are estimates and may shift with weather, traffic or equipment issues.

Materials

Natural and recycled materials vary in color, size and moisture content from load to load. Photographs on this site are representative, not exact. Quantities are measured by the standard unit for the material and reasonable variation is normal.

Removals

We remove clean asphalt, concrete, brick pavers, block and fill dirt. Loads must be free of hazardous, contaminated or prohibited material. If a load contains material we cannot legally accept, we may decline it or charge additional disposal costs.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable late charges and collection costs.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made after a truck has been loaded or dispatched may be charged for the trip.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as project delays or lost profits.
